Cuff of applied lace with a radiating wreath of flowers around pointed ovals forming shells and two sprays of sprig roses

Cuff of natural-colored applied lace: needle lace applied on machine-made tulle. Trapezium-shaped model with a pleated wide strip of decorated tulle on a narrow undecorated border. The cuff is to be worn hanging in three-quarter sleeves, like pagoda sleeves. The repeating shell pattern consists of a pointed oval with a sunburst of small flowers, the flowers at the top simpler than the hanging flowers that form the lobes of each shell. On the right side a curling stem with a rosette flower springs from the pointed oval. In the field above, on one side of the cuff just below the border, two identical branches with clusters of roses are applied to the tulle.
