Below this blousing to the wide waistband. Wide, puffing sleeves, which fit closely from the elbow and end in a point at the hand. Closure by means of hooks and eyes in the side seam. Closure of dress at back centre also with hooks and eyes. The waistband is gathered in the middle of the back and therefore smaller at the closure.
