About this work

This part of a candelabrum consists of two parts: the wrought iron pull rod and the brass knob. The pull rod has a slit at the upper end for the split pin, with which the whole can be attached to the hanging ring. The brass knob is brazed to the pull rod and intended as the lower part of a candelabrum. With inscription: HENDRICK SCHOLTEN 1650.
