About this work

The lower stem section, decorated with grooved rings, is baluster-shaped at the top, then transitions into a stand ring with openings for eight arms. These are marked with the numbers one through eight stamped to the left of the openings. The stand ring has closed, round holes, indicating that the candelabra was once electrified.
