About this work

Bowler hat with a hard, high crown and slightly upturned brim on both sides. Lined with white satin and provided with a hatband of white leather and beige silk lined with molton. The white leather brim is provided with holes through which a white cotton cord is threaded. The silk/molton band is quilted. Black hat elastic. Decoration: black silk grosgrain around the crown, tied in a flat bow on the left side. The brim is edged all around with soft grosgrain.
