Silk carpet composed of many fragments. Design: horizontal rows of flower petals between pointed shapes, turned to the right (outlined in gold) to which floral branches in blue and pink and green (brocaded) are attached, above which staggered rows of curled leaves (outlined in gold) with floral branches in blue and pink and green (brocaded). Between the rows of leaf and flower arrangements on a salmon-colored ground with a floral design. Lined with blue-green silk with bobbin lace in silver thread. On the lining the number 14712 stamped twice; label with French and Co inc. 30792. On price tag A 08/3 650,--. Condition: still presentable, but very restored.
