State Sword or Civil Servant's Sword

State sword or official's sword with an iron triangular blade decorated with leafy vine motifs and ending in a point. The hilt consists of a downward-pointing quillon decorated with the coat of arms of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and surrounded by a laurel wreath. The side guard has a downward-pointing pommel in the form of a lion's head. The pommel is spherical and has volutes on the front and back with two male faces and a protruding lion's head. The grip is of mother-of-pearl with two parallel grooves on each side. The leather scabbard is black.
