About this work

Oboe made of rosewood with keys of silver and nickel. Marked on the upper and middle parts: CABART / PARIS. Marked on the lower part: [galleon] / CABART / A PARIS / [cross / mol / repair mark] / SUPERIEURE [in a scroll]. Serial number: L 23. The oboe is in a wooden case lined with textile and leather. The case contains a small box with three alto reeds, a plastic tube with a modern reed, and a box with wax.
