About this work

Rectangular in shape with slightly widened, triangular ends. The center is scattered with widely spaced knots and surrounded by a narrow twisted border. The ends show asymmetrical flower and leaf vines and symmetrical, hollow and full C-scrolls, around which are strung poppies. The fond gazé is replaced by a tulle ground. Point de gaze de Bruxelles.
