About this work
Strip of natural-colored Irish crocheted lace, possibly a part of a collar. Pattern where a twisted flower branch with a rosette flower and several elongated leaves is alternated with a hanging star-shaped flower on a short stem without leaves. Crocheted rhomboid mesh ground with picots. The top side is finished with a straight edge. The wavy bottom edge is edged with picoted three-part arches.
