Model: straight neckline, half-length close-fitting sleeves decorated with a bow-like ornament and provided with double pagoda-shaped cuffs (cuffs and fan), front close-fitting bodice with a chest piece added in 1957 consisting of two parts adorned with three bows (l'echelle), on the back from the neck a falling, symmetrically built system of flat pleats (Watteau pleats), front panels of skirt smooth and provided with tapering flaps, flat pleats around the side seams of the skirt and a deep slit in them. Bodice and sleeves lined with beige/brown striped ticking; skirt lined with light blue taffeta added in 1957, trimmed along the hem with a yellow silk facing. Inner bodice closes with a row of hooks in scalloped eyes. Bodice closure in the front center with metal hooks and eyes. The front panels of the bodice are each provided with two boning. Decoration: bows on the chest piece and the sleeves. The upper bow was called 'le parfait contement'.
