About this work
Model: single-length skirt with smooth center panel and flat pleats on both sides, slits in the side seams, closure with hooks and eyes at the top of the slits, waistband of blue silk. Lined with various types of striped ticking. Decoration: a gathered strip (falbala) at the front to the side seams, 25.5 cm above the hem, scalloped at the bottom, lined with blue silk.
