About this work

Chair of walnut. The seat frame and back are veneered on the front with burr walnut. The seat frame is scalloped and carries a loose cushion stretched on a frame with silk upholstery. The chair stands on curved legs. The lightly hollowed back is flat and has a symmetrically scalloped outline.
