Fragment of a jug with a lion's head and medallions

Fragment of a stoneware jug on a high foot with a globular body and narrow neck with a pinched spout. Part of the neck and handle are missing. Profiles on the neck and foot. Partially covered with cobalt blue. On the belly four rows of stamped medallions and one row of stamped rosettes. In relief on the neck a printed and applied lion's head. Westerwald.
