About this work

Fragment of a jug (schnelle) of stoneware with a cylindrical, tapering body. The top and handle are missing. Profiles above the foot. On the body in relief three times a printed and applied, elongated panel with a coat of arms surrounded by leafy vines. Above the coat of arms, still partially visible, a medallion with a Roman in a landscape surrounded by a floral vine. Siegburg.
