About this work

Round gueridon on a tall turned leg that flares out at the bottom into a tripod. The gueridon is marked: maker's mark = Amsterdam, year mark = Z (1759), and maker = Pieter van Somerwil I. On the gueridon stands a birdcage (BK-NM-11177-155-a).
