About this work
Under-sleeve of natural-colored appliqué lace: batiste appliquéd on machine-made tulle. Wide, kettle-shaped model, strongly gathered at the wrist for a close fit. A separately made cuff of machine-made tulle is gathered onto the sleeve. The unadorned cuff can be fastened with a button. The sleeve features a scattered pattern of small oval flowers on a stem with two leaves. The opening of the sleeve is finished with a slightly gathered hem.
