Under-sleeve of natural-colored applied lace: Carrickmacross lace. Balloon-shaped model. The sleeve is gathered onto the tight-fitting cuff. Both the cuff and the lower part of the under-sleeve are decorated with applied embroidery in the form of a regularly wavy flower garland under which loose curling flower branches. The garland and branches are designed in the same way with a thin 'stem' with on both sides drop-shaped small leaves, occasionally a large flower and further smaller simple round flowers with open heart. In the flower hearts of the largest flowers, a decorative ground is realized with stitches through the tulle. The cuff is edged with a scalloped edge of flowers and C-scrolls, and can be closed by means of two buttons.
