About this work

Armchair. Walnut, carved with the arms of Holland, Zeeland and West-Friesland, upholstered with velvet. Netherlands, probably The Hague, c. 1750. The armchair probably served as the seat of the president of the Court of the provinces Holland, Zeeland and West-Friesland at The Hague.
