About this work

Baptismal garment of natural-colored lace embroidery of plumetis on machine-made tulle. Three sides have an embroidered scalloped edge, with a feathered leaf motif in each scallop. The lower edge additionally has eight applied floral bouquets of fine linen combined with plumetis. The upper edge is finished with a hem.
