About this work
Apron of natural-coloured lace embroidery: tulle cutwork on machine-made tulle. Rectangular model, with scalloped edges along the long sides and the bottom edge. Along the straight top edge a hem is made in the tulle, through which a ribbon is threaded. The pattern consists above each scallop of a lying feathered leaf above which a daisy crowned by four curved feathered leaves. Along the bottom edge stands above this border pattern another row with five of the same large flower branches with among others three daisies and forget-me-nots.
