Strip of natural-colored bobbin lace: Lille lace. The pattern is incomplete; a whimsical flower is visible from which whimsical leaves spring in all directions. Below are two comparable but smaller flowers with horizontal leaves. The motifs are connected by a mesh ground, a tulle ground, scattered with square cushions. The motifs are executed in linen stitch with large cutouts and thicker and shiny contour threads. The edges of the cutouts are decorated, and at two openworked ovals a decoration with overlapping pairs is realized. The cushions are executed in form stitch. The top and lower edges of the strip are finished straight, the lower edge provided with picots.
