About this work
Oak writing table with renewed marble top. The fluted conical legs are decorated at the bottom with foliage. The pedestals above the legs feature a rosette. The front and side rails have symmetrical acanthus leaf scrolls in relief and a pierced drapery at the bottom. The table was originally painted blue and white.
