About this work

Beer mug of stoneware with a cylindrical, slightly tapering body, C-shaped handle and profiles on the rim and above the foot. On the mug in relief three panels with in each a pressed and applied decoration of a man full-length, dressed in 16th-century clothing (soldiers?). Frechen/Cologne.
