Jug with coats of arms, lions and ornamental borders

Stoneware jug on a foot ring with a globular body and narrow neck. The C-shaped handle is attached to the neck and shoulder. Profiles on the neck. Partially covered with cobalt blue. On the belly three impressed and applied relief medallions with coats of arms, the central one flanked by lions. Next to the left medallion in blue the inscription 'IHS'. On the shoulder five bands with stamped decoration, interrupted by a fourth medallion with a coat of arms. The neck with two masks and a decorative band. Loose sherd from the neck. Frechen.
