About this work
Armchair of walnut, upholstered with black, chiseled velvet. The furniture has splayed legs, connected by an H-shaped cross and a front stretcher. The armrests rest on splayed armrest supports, are hollowed and end in a volute, which, like the back panel, is decorated with an acanthus leaf. The pattern of the upholstery consists of symmetrical corrupted pomegranate motifs and acanthus leaves. The fringe is black, worked with narrow yellow piping and decorated with tassels.
