Silver medal, obverse: the Netherlands, with pike bearing liberty cap and olive branch, seated under an orange tree against an altar next to a lion with bundle of arrows, with legend and rim text, reverse: Winged Time with scythe and compass, seated on a bale of merchandise against the stadtholder's coat of arms and threatened by ominous symbols, drawing a year ring on the ground, with legend, in the rim MDCCL.
