Corporal's tunic, 1st class of the Jagers, M. 1829 field model

Skirt of green cloth, with two panels at the back. Set-in sleeves, standing closed collar. Trimmed with yellow, also yellow loops of camel hair. On each shoulder a yellow metal button with horn to secure the tongue of the epaulet and the wing. On the chest a flap closure with a double row of 16 identical buttons. On one button a red label and a label with the text: Corporal's skirt 1st class of the Jagers, M. 1829. On the left and right of the chest green cords (for distinctions) and the skirt's lower edge trimmed with yellow. Tight-fitting sleeves of camel hair with yellow chevrons, yellow piping, and closure of two yellow metal buttons with horns. Back panels trimmed with yellow with identical buttons. Inside: Under the collar sewn-in piece of fabric: n.g. 19a. Quilted lining and leather band around the waist.
