Issue of the satirical magazine De Notenkraker of 13 July 1907, first year, number 28. Cover with illustration of Samuel van Houten being stopped by a worker on his way to the First Chamber on the Binnenhof. Part of a complete first year (1907). Each issue contains 8 pages, partly still uncut, with a caricature by Albert Hahn on the front and Hahn's prints interspersed with the text on the remaining pages. In the letter 'D' of the title is depicted a head of a so-called nutcracker.
