Issue of the satirical magazine De Notenkraker of September 21, 1907, first year, number 38. Cover with an illustration of Prime Minister De Meester as a waiter presenting the Worker with an almost empty plate. Part of a complete first year (1907). Each issue contains 8 pages, partly still uncut, with a caricature by Albert Hahn on the front and Hahn's prints interspersed with the text on the remaining pages. A head of a so-called "nutcracker" is depicted in the letter 'D' of the title.
