About this work

At Ice Corner, the skiffs are taken out of the water to escape the drifting ice at sea. On the ice we see supplies, the two sick men, food preparation, and the repair of one of the skiffs. Opposite page 113 in: 'True Account of the Three New, Unheard-of, Strange Voyages Performed by the Dutch and Zeeland Ships in the Years 1594, 1595, and 1596' (1598).
