Military flintlock pistol

Military flintlock pistol for the German market; simple but of high quality; part of a pair. The lock is unadorned. The barrel is blued with a rib running over it inscribed MASTRICH; the front sight is of iron, and a groove for the rear sight is set in the tail of the barrel. The stock is simply carved. The iron furniture includes, among other things, a screw plate in the form of leafy tendrils, a thumb plate in the form of an inverted drop, and a butt cap with a small, stepped butt plate with a point on top; the ramrod is fitted with an iron cap.
