About this work

Orange ribbon, the ends forked into seven points. On the lower half, from top to bottom depicted: blue oval shield hanging from a crossed rope, surrounded by a wreath, below it a blue scroll, then a crowned medallion portrait, bust of a man (William IV), profile to the left, on paper, cut out and pasted, below it an unclear ornament, then a blue scroll, then a crowned and wreathed coat of arms, then an orange tree in a blue vase with large ears and a blue ribbon. Inscription illegible.
