About this work

Officer's sword with black iron blade and copper hilt. Various motifs are engraved on the blade. The hilt has a double closed quillon, a side-mounted knuckle guard and a decorated pommel on the grip wrapped in iron wire. The knuckle guard has a decorated knob at the end.
