Lantaka

Bronze muzzleloader on a trunnion. The round barrel has a trumpet-shaped muzzle and the rear section is thicker; hollow tail for a wooden ramrod. On either side of the touchhole a knob for a touchhole cover. In front of the touchhole an empty oval cartouche. The highest decorative band and trunnion are decorated with a simple motif. Just behind the muzzle a ramrod stop. The eyes of the trunnion are forged entirely around the trunnion pins so that the piece cannot be lifted out of the trunnion.
