About this work
Model of a percussion lock on a small baseboard. The hammer has an elongated hole for the axle and is mounted between two cheeks, which are open at the front. A guide on the hammer ensures that the hammer first rotates and then is pulled back by the pull cord. This movement prevents the hammer from remaining above the flash hole when the flame comes out of it. Scale 1:1.
