About this work
Breech-loading rifle with a smooth barrel. It features a unique central-fire mechanism. The chamber opens by folding an arm forward, as in Robert's breech-loading rifle (compare NG-MC-730). The lock is attached to the arm. The lock fires with a firing pin striking the center rear of the cartridge. A slot for the trigger is present on the top of the rifle, but the trigger itself is missing.
