About this work

Breech-loading rifle with internal percussion lock and bayonet with scabbard. Smooth barrel. The chamber is opened by folding an arm on the butt forward, which simultaneously cocks the hammer. The hammer is lowered and strikes upwards against a small ignition tube of the paper cartridge.
