About this work

Flag with white fly with five attachment points, and a vertical blue stripe with five rosettes, both angled towards the fly side. The fly is in two parts: on the fly side a red field with a white rectangular pattern and white horizontal stripes at the top and bottom; on the fly side applied a red field with white crossed crowbars or scepters, and pointed ends.
