Model of a cannon on a sliding sledge for boats. The trunnion is tulip-shaped and finished with a decorative ring. The 28 cm long barrel has a caliber of 14 mm and two decorative bands; on the trunnion, two simple dolphins are cast. On the cascabel sits a bunch of grapes. The carriage is a thick rectangular plank, rounded at the front, with two cheeks connected by a brass rod. The cheeks have elliptical holes at the bottom for the breeching, and the tappans are covered with brass. The carriage has a swivel bolt that runs in the groove of the sledge, an elevating screw that can be set in two positions, one for howitzer and one for cannon, and a handspike. The sledge is a long frame with a groove in the middle, rounded at both ends with an eye for a pintle bolt. Eye bolts are mounted at the corners of the sledge and carriage. Scale 1:5 (scale on model).
