About this work

Sword with iron blade which is blued and gilded with floral motifs. The hilt consists of an ass's hoof-shaped double counter-guard which is decorated on the front with motifs. The quillon has a decorated knob at the end. The grip consists of silver wire wrapped radially around the grip.
