About this work
Burgundian storm helmet, iron, black painted, helmet shell of two halves, longitudinally riveted and flanged around the low comb. Comb has a carrying hole. At the base of the comb an iron plume holder. Short visor riveted to both sides of the helmet shell. In the face opening a nose guard. Rivets around the face opening. At the base of the helmet shell a new leather strap with buckle mounted, running via the neck plate to the other side of the helmet shell.
