About this work
Flintlock pistol with a flattened blunderbuss, round barrel interrupted by a profile band before ending octagonally. Wooden stock with three iron pins. The lock case is entirely of iron; the flint is loosely attached. The wooden butt has an iron butt cap. The trigger guard is entirely of iron and shaped like an acorn at the end. Beneath the stock, a wooden ramrod in an iron ramrod case.
