Silver medal. Obverse: Friesland, in the guise of a woman seated on military equipment, holding a palm branch and a staff with a liberty cap in her hands, with a temple of Janus with open doors in the background within an inscription; edge: inscription. Reverse: Friesland with a peace standard and a cornucopia at her feet offers sacrifice on a burning altar, with a temple of Janus with closed doors and ships on a calm sea in the background within an inscription; edge: inscription.
