Silver medal. Obverse: captain handing a medal to a schutter standing before him, holding a musket on his shoulder; in the background, a company of schutters under a crowned coat of arms on two crossed fasces with axes within an inscription; lower edge: inscription above two crossed palm branches. Reverse: trophy of arms with oak wreath above a banner with inscription.
