Death of Betje Wolff and Aagje Deken. Silver medal. Obverse: two women, each with a flame on their head and right veiled, standing at an altar with an inscription on the base; the woman on the left places an open book, the woman on the right places a roll of paper on the altar; around them books and papers lie within an inscription; edge: signature. Reverse: tombstone, on which laurel and myrtle branches lie, illuminated by a radiant crown of stars; on either side of the tombstone a sarcophagus, connected by a garland of oak leaves; below it a hanging cloth with an inscription. The medal is a cast of the original struck medal.
