Obverse: veiled woman, representing mourning Netherlands, leaning on a extinguished torch and laying a wreath on a tomb, on which an explosion of a cannon boat is depicted; against the tomb rests a coat of arms within an inscription; cut: signature. Reverse: inscription within a myrtle wreath.
