Silver medal with suspension loop. Obverse: Minerva with an inverted cornucopia and wreath in her outstretched right hand, sitting before an altar whose pedestal bears a crowned coat of arms; at her feet: compass, set square, roll of paper, painter's palette with brushes and hammer; behind her: bust; section: year. Reverse: inscription within a laurel wreath.
