Silver medal. Obverse: Minerva with an inverted cornucopia and wreath in her outstretched right hand, seated before an altar whose base bears a crowned coat of arms; at her feet: compass, square, roll of paper, painter's palette with brushes and hammer; margin: blank. Reverse: blank field within a laurel wreath.
