About this work

Photo album with 32 pages containing a total of 76 photos, of which 14 are cabinet photos, 44 cartes-de-visite mounted in passe-partouts, and 12 photos loose in the album. Depicted are portraits of unknown men, women, and children, likely from the same family. According to the system card of L.J. Hartkamp, this is the same family as in album RP-F-F00680. Only one person portrayed is known by name: Paula Schmidt. The photos were made by various, mainly German, photographers, including Chr. Beitz and August Rino. The photographer is anonymous for 16 photos.
